Octo and Flashforge Finder

I am unable to get Octoprint to connect to my Flashforge Finder over USB.

It sees the webcam without any problems, but not the printer, I keep getting a failure to connect.

I have tried dmesg to see if it is seeing the printer and it is listed, so, in theory, it’s seeing it.

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

I will post this information later as I’m on my ipad and not currently sat at my PC.

I'm fairly sure that the Finder - just like the Dreamer - has a proprietary interface which no one has yet written (or at least shared) a plugin for. See also this ticket:
