I don't think it's rights, it's more like the migration script to set it up isn't running.

At least you got past the local-versus-bound-address thing. I recently had a problem with Gogs plus PostgreSql which bit me with that.

While struggling to make mine to work I made some notes, see if there might be some help. If server is running on one Pi or other system, every connecting one need to have postgre installed.Filament_Manage_database.log (1.8 KB)
